1. Who may use RadaGram

You must be at least 13 years old to use RadaGram. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use RadaGram to:

• Post or share unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing or hateful content;
• Share sexually explicit, violent or graphic material without appropriate warnings;
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity;
• Engage in spam, scams, phishing or malware distribution;
• Violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service.

4. Content and ownership

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting on RadaGram, you grant us a limited licence to host, display and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. AI moderation and safety

RadaGram uses automated systems to review text, images, audio and video before publication. This helps keep the community safe. We may block, restrict or remove content that violates our guidelines. You may appeal moderation decisions through the in-app support channel.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or harm the community. You may delete your account at any time from the application settings.

7. Disclaimers

RadaGram is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use of RadaGram after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
